InspirED Convention Exhibitor Policy

This policy outlines the purpose of the exhibitor displays at InspirED and how exhibitors are accommodated to help us fulfill our purpose.  The purpose of the InspirED convention is  “to provide Christian school teachers and learning support staff with opportunities for personal, communal, spiritual, and professional growth.” Any exhibitor that has a product, service, or material that helps fill this purpose is invited to attend this conference. 

InspirED is an annual convention that serves approximately 1200 Christian school educators representing a wide variety of school, denominational, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.  We all share a common Biblical vision of educating children in the light of Scripture.   

For Profit Businesses:

  1. Exhibitor space fees: $150 for a single 8’ table, $250 for double 8’ table.
  2. Exhibitors have an option, at the planning committee’s discretion, to also present a workshop.  Fees for this are $50.  InspirED convention materials will highlight this workshop as “Vendor presentation”.
  3. Meal / coffee package fees are $35.
  4. InspirED Convention will not reimburse for associated exhibitor costs.

Nonprofits:

  1. Exhibitor space is free for a single 8’ table.
  2. Exhibitors have an option, at the planning committee’s discretion, to also present a workshop.  There is no charge for this.  InspirED convention materials will highlight this workshop as “Vendor presentation”.
  3. Meal / coffee package fees are $35.
  4. InspirED Convention will not reimburse for associated exhibitor costs.

The InspirED planning committee reserves the right to extend or decline the opportunity for exhibitors to present a workshop based on space, availability and connection with our purpose.
